Sumo Citrus (Dekopon) Preserves

Sumo citrus, commonly known as dekopon in Japan, is similar to an orange, sweet and juicy with a touch of tartness This preserve comes from Yamashita Fruit Garden in Kumamoto Prefecture and features large pieces of sumo citrus (without the peel) and a light sweetness. Enjoy this preserve spread on some toast, mixed into some tea, or as a topper to your favorite desserts like ice cream and yogurt.
